FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do you sell Consumer Direct?
Consumers are looking to save every penny possible. We understand that by cutting out the middleman we can sell our premium line of hot tubs at half what you will find at a local dealer. This enables you the consumer to enjoy the benefits of a bigger, better, and a much higher quality spa for much less than what you would pay by buying from a local dealer. As an added benefit in most areas you would not have to pay sales tax which can save you hundreds. We would love to discuss how we can get you into one of the best hot tubs available at a fraction of the price you would find locally. Please contact us by phone or email and a representative will contact you right away to explain our program in more detail.
Tell me about your Road Shows.
We have multiple teams of factory trained representatives that travel the country putting on large hot tub shows. They usually last for only a couple of days in each city. This enables us to showcase and sell our premium product in these select areas. Each show is heavily advertised prior and during the show. Heck you may even have attended one of our shows. If you do attend you can learn more about our spas from our representatives, sit in our spas, and if you buy from the show the spa can be delivered the next day.
How will my Hot Tub get delivered?
If you purchase direct from us your spa will be shipped via delivery carrier. Typical ship time is 6-8 days and the delivery carrier would call you prior to delivery to schedule a delivery time. The carrier will deliver your spa "curb side". This means that your spa will be delivered to the end of your driveway. You would need to make arrangements to have your spa moved from the curb to the backyard and set in place. Many spa service technicians also move spas and would be able to professionally move your spa and set it in place.
Who do I call in the event my spa needs service?
In the unlikely event service is needed, we have contracted with professional spa service technicians in every market. These are not other retail spa companies, rather companies that only perform service repair. This ensures that no matter the situation, our customers receive immediate attention. These service providers must fit within our own strict criteria for availability and competency. We maintain these relationships with good communication and early diagnostic capabilities. Our service companies love us. Not only do we provide them with exact diagnostics so the technician knows what to expect with the right part the first time, we pay more than the industry average for warranty performance to ensure our customers are taken care of first, fast and are given extra care.
What is Microban?
All spas are produced using Genuine Lucite Cast Acrylic Sheet. In addition to strong chemical resistance, Lucite ™ maintains excellent resistance to weathering, infrared/ultraviolet radiation, staining and scratching. The exceptional quality of the high gloss surface enhances its appearance and serviceability. Microban® antimicrobial protection is built-in to Lucite ™ during manufacturing to provide continuous antimicrobial product protection. This feature creates a safer environment for you and your loved ones by eliminating the risk of infection and odor from your spa surface. This makes it easier to maintain and a joy to use.
How can I find out the price?
We will be more than willing to discuss our pricing with you. Please contact us using our online form submission or send us an email. A factory representative will contact you to discuss the program in more detail and share pricing details. You will not find a better spa or better deal.
What is Hydrotherapy?
Since ancient times, water has been used to soothe pain as well as employed as a method of treating diseases. The ancient Egyptians used to soak in baths perfumed with essential oils and flowers. Likewise, the Romans used communal pools where many bathers could partake in the benefits of a good soak in the wood-fire heated water. It has long been accepted that soaking in hot water improves health because it increases blood circulation and causes the body to release endorphins (which act like natural painkillers and also give a sense of well-being).
In the early 19th century, the art of hydrotherapy was born as further advancements like the use of warm water slowly became integrated with elements of massage to offer a more restorative experience. Recent medical research is now revealing some of the unique benefits of hydrotherapy, like the positive impact it can have on chronic and debilitating diseases like arthritis and type 2 diabetes.
What is Aromatherapy
Many of our premium spas offer aromatherapy. The use of selected fragrances affects mood and promotes health. Aromatherapy fragrance beads pass from solid to vapor, entering the spa. No chemicals ever mix with the water. Fragrance baskets can be changed or replaced without ever getting wet. Scents can relax, stimulate, improve your concentration and even uplift your mood. This is yet another benefit that our spas offer.
What is Reflexology
This ancient Chinese form of healing is practiced through the massage of pressure points on the feet. Reflexology was brought to America in 1913 and further developed in the 1940's as a method of relieving stress and promoting health. The massaging jets in the arm rests and foot well of most of our spas mimic the massage work used to stimulate positive energy throughout your body.
